These peoples are true professionals, who values customer and get their work done excellent. Their team is hardworking and have different ideas in designing. I even enjoyed seeing their team working when they were in my home. I strongly recommend if anyone is planning to renovate or build, to give work to serge and his teams.

The project was a full renovation of our master bathroom, which involved a complete redesign of the bathroom and the walk-in closet with custom made cabinetry. The Sonce Homes team replaced the structural parts of the floor, ceiling and walls. They replaced all fixtures, plumbing, electrical wiring and tiled the floor and walls. The project also included the installation of three (floor to ceiling) custom etched glass patrician panels and glass sliding entry door. Serge provided expert and creative design and material recommendations, a fair estimate, professional project management and superb hands on skill. Serge is knowledgeable and he was respectful of our needs while providing excellent suggestions. When faced with technical complications, Serge expertly resolved the situations without altering the original budget. Serge and his team completed the high-quality work carefully, professionally and on time. We have known Sergie for four years now. We have invited him and his team in to design our back deck, a platform form for our shed and doing tile work between our home. He had also been able to refer us to other trades that we needed such as a plumber and a general handy man. He has lent me hand tool of his own to help me complete my own jobs and has also help an elder family member to fully renovate her laundry room, bathroom and utility room with a beautiful design. Serge and his crew did a complete kitchen remodelling with a perfect result. The cabinets and plumbing fixtures were second to none. Serge is quite an exceptional contractor. Before Serge I had never met such an honest, hardworking, artistic and imaginative, but also reasonable and practically thinking contractor. He finds the good quality materials for the most reasonable price and in-depth consults with the client before the procurement. Also, he gives an unconditional guarantee for his work, and he makes good on his promises. Here are some of the largest projects: – In the basement of my house he built for a reasonable price a very beautiful one-bedroom apartment. – He stopped leaks from the roof and installed waterproofing around the house. – With his crew, he re-built and waterproofed a front porch of the house for my daughter. In the same house, he built a new basement kitchen and a shower. It turned out to be a particularly beautiful masterpiece. – With his crew, he successfully undertook an extensive restoration of a slope and outside stairs destroyed by water erosion. He also completed waterproofing around that house. – He built a beautifully designed wooden fence, an envy of the neighbourhood. – He expertly built new stone stairs and an interlocking stones patio. Overall, I can recommend Serge with full confidence. I will also gladly answer any questions that you may have.

Serge and his capable team transformed my dingy, unfinished utility room into an awesome, bright, three-room retreat, including a stylish bathroom, a cosy laundry room, and a small room with potential use as a studio, office or playroom.
