And we are more than happy to share and answer the most related and the most frequently asked questions that we receive!

All of York Region and surrounding Greater Toronto Areas require building permits for new builds and many serious home renovations. Each town has their own set of rules and regulations for building permits. The permit system has been created in order to identify if the home renovation project that you are planning to do is safe and does not violate your neighbourhood zoning by-laws. SONCE HOMES is very familiar with and experienced in the specific by-laws of the York Region and Greater Toronto Areas, GTA in Ontario, Canada.

We are ready to begin your project as soon as we agree to it’s details and have a signed agreement. This is important before we begin any project, because we need to have a clear understanding of project details and come to terms on the project specifics.

The cost of home renovation varies on many different aspects. Different parts of the house require different types of work in terms of difficulty and size. For instance, renovating your bathroom is going to differ from remodeling your kitchen, or installing an outdoor deck.

Once we finalize concept plans for your planned home renovation project, we can provide you with an accurate price estimate.

A standard bathroom renovation can take on average between 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the bathroom, and the complexity of the planned bathroom renovation. While this is the average, the timeline of a bathroom renovation varies. However we do our best to make sure that each project that we do is done within the estimated time frame.

A standard kitchen renovation can take on average between 6-8 weeks depending on the size of the kitchen, and the complexity of the planned kitchen renovation. While this is the average, the timeline of a kitchen renovation varies. However, we do our best to make sure that each project that we do is done within the estimated time frame.

A standard deck renovation can take on average between 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the deck area, and the complexity of the planned area renovation. While this is the average, the timeline of a deck renovation varies. However, we do our best to make sure that each project that we do is done within the estimated time frame.
