Do I need a permit to renovate a house?
All of York Region and surrounding Greater Toronto Areas require building permits for new builds and many serious home renovations. Each town has their own set of rules and regulations for building permits. The permit system has been created in order to identify if the home renovation project that you are planning to do is safe and does not violate your neighbourhood zoning by-laws. SONCE HOMES is very familiar with and experienced in the specific by-laws of the York Region and Greater Toronto Areas, GTA in Ontario, Canada.

How soon can you start our project?
We are ready to begin your project as soon as we agree to it’s details and have a signed agreement. This is important before we begin any project, because we need to have a clear understanding of project details and come to terms on the project specifics.
